  1. REGISTRATION
    1. All campers enrolled in our summer camp via our website (www.theproedge.com/camp-proedge)All payments are due during the registration process. You can enroll multiple times for multiple weeks, if necessary.  By enrolling in our camp program, it is understood that all policies here have been read and agreed to.
  2. PAPERWORK
    1. Pre-camp paperwork is mandatory for your child to attend camp, and must be completed one week prior to the start of camp.  Campers will not be allowed to attend camp until all necessary paperwork has been completed.  Camp days missed for this reason are non-refundable.
  3.  CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
    1. Prior to June 1, 2024: Cancellations made prior to June 1st will result in full refund.
    2. After June 1, 2024: Lose $50 non-refundable cancellation fee . See Camp Transfers
    3. Short term illness or injury:  If a short term illness or injury prevents the camper from attending the scheduled week, the client may reschedule another week, during the same summer session only.  The camper must attend the same valued week that the camper was signed up.  The camper may add to the camp as needed.  No refunds will be granted for campers attended a lesser value camp week.
    4. Long term illness or injury:  Cancellations made after June 1st due to long term illness/injury must be accompanied by a doctor’s note for a refund of the camp minus a $50 fee per week. 
  4. CAMP SESSION TRANSFERS
    1. After June 1st Campers may transfer camp weeks of the same value.  Those transferring to a lesser value camp week will not get refunded the difference.  Those transferring to a greater valued camp week will pay for the difference of the camp.
  5. PICK-UP/DROP-OFF
    1. For all campers: Parent must sign the camper in and out of camp each day.
    2. Camp Drop off is in Front Office unless otherwise noted
    3. Camp Drop off is from 8:30-8:45am
    4. Camp Pick-up is in Front Office unless otherwise noted
    5. Camp Pick- up begins at 3:30pm
    6. We offer a late pick-up window of 3:45-4:30pm for an additional $20 per day.  If other special requirements are needed, please call for further assistance.

 

 

  1. BEHAVIOR REGULATIONS
    1. Campers are expected to adhere to all safety instructions at all times.  Refusal to follow safety instructions may result in immediate dismissal.
    2. Disruptive behavior, physical aggression, violence of any sort, inappropriate language, or disrespect towards other campers, counselors and/or their property will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the program.
    3. Pro EDGE will implement a Strike 1, Strike 2, Strike 3 policy.
      1. Strike One will address all first time issues and produce camper/counselor conference.
      2. Strike Two will address all second time issues and follow with parent/counselor conference.
      3. Strike Three will result in immediate dismissal.
  2. COMMUNICATION
    1.  During our camp programs, our Pro EDGE Camp staff will communicate schedule or itinerary changes along with other general information primarily by email or phone.
    2. In the event of an emergency, parents will be contacted directly by phone.  Parents will also be contacted in the event of any illness or injury that may need advanced medical attention, or has significantly impacted the camper’s ability to participate in camp activities.
    3. Parent/Child:  Campers are allowed to use mobile phones during designated times during camp.  The dedicated times are during drop off from 8:15-8:45am, Lunch time 12:15-12:45, or at the end of the day during pick-up 3:00-3:30pm.  All phones or media devices will be placed in a box that will be stored in a secure area in the main office.  Campers may be able to use their device only during specific times or if they bring a special note from their parent.
  3. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
    1. Pro EDGE is not responsible for personal belongings brought to camp by campers, and will not reimburse for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
    2. Campers may bring personal items that may be required for certain activities, gloves, bats, cleats, etc… 
    3. Pets and other animals may not be brought to camp.
  4. PROMOTIONAL RELEASE
    1. Upon enrolling in the Pro EDGE Camp, the parent/guardian and applicant authorizes Pro EDGE to the use of photos, quotes or video footage from the camp programs for the purpose of marketing.
  5. INSURANCE
    1. The parent/guardian is responsible for any medical expenses or transportation costs related to a camper’s illness, accident or departure from the program.  In addition, Pro EDGE is not responsible for theft, loss or damage to personal property.
