Big Man Football Academy – Featured Athletes

  • Tommy Hatton – OL
School / Expected Graduation: Saint Joseph (Montvale)/ 2015
Height: 6’2″ lbs
Weight: 280 lbs
Class: Senior
Scouting Notes: Tommy is a strong and competitive lineman with plenty of experience in his high school career. Going into his senior season, this will be his third consecutive year starting now serving as his teams captain and anchor at left tackle. He has a very serious approach to the training he does with us, and readily takes the lead during sessions. This attention to detail helped him earn the OL MVP at the 2014 Nike Football Training Camp and MVP of The Opening in Oregon. Coming off a dominate junior year he helped lead his team to their 2nd consecutive State Championship and earned 1st Team All-State, All-Metro, and All-American Honors. He’s currently verbally committed to the University of North Carolina, home of the Tarheels where he plans on playing Center.
  • Wenner Nunes – OL
School / Expected Graduation: Lehigh University / 2015
Height: 6’3″
Weight: 280 lbs
Class: Junior
Major: Business
Scouting Notes: Going into his junior year at Lehigh, Wenner has worked hard to increase his strength, endurance, and knowledge of the game. He became his teams starting Right Tackle before sucomming to injury. He has proved to be a very athletic lineman who will immediately have an affect on the success of the Mountain Hawks this upcoming season. In high school, he was a three-year letter winner, All-County and All-Conference selection, his team’s Offensive Lineman of the Year, and a member of National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society. “Great balance of academics and competitive football.”
  • Luke Chiarolanzio – OL
School / Expected Graduation: Lafayette University / 2015
Height: 6’5″
Weight: 295 lbs
Class: Junior
Major: History
Scouting Notes: Luke is a big Offensive Tackle who is well coached on the game and has a strong determination to be great. He has set the bar high for himself and his attention to detail in the fundamentals of OL play. He started all 11 games at left tackle while earning All-Patriot League First-Team laurels…earned his third varsity letter on the way to winning the team’s Offensive Line Award.
  • Brandon Simon- DL
    School/ Expected Graduation: Don Bosco Prep HS/ 2016
    Height: 6’2
    Weight: 230 lbs
    Class: Junior
    Scouting Notes: Brandon is a great athlete who uses his natural ability to create matchup issues for most OL. Playing DE for the Ironmen has helped propel his teams defense to one of the best in the state. He is currently being scouted heavily by numerous D1 schools icluding UCLA, Ohio State, and Rutgers no name a few.
  • Clay Kemp- DL
    School/ Expected Graduation:
    St. John Vianney HS/ 2015
    Height:6’1
    Weight: 270 lbs
    Class: Senior
    Scouting Notes: Clay is a strong and athletic interior lineman who is determined to make an impact his senior season. He had a slight setback when he became injured his sophomore year and has been grinding hard to reclaim his title as one of the most dominant DL in the state. He worked hard with us this off-season and is poised for a big year.
  • Sean Mitchell- OL
    School/ Expected Graduation: St. Joseph (Montvale)/ 2017
    Height: 6’2

    Weight: 280
    Class: Sophomore
    Scouting Notes: Sean is a young and raw OL who has the ability to play everywhere on the line. He developed into a solid Tackle with us during the off-season and now serves as the starting Center for his St. Joe’s Varsity squad. His future is very bright as he has plenty of time to develop and mature.

    Miles Cobb- OL

    School/ Expected Graduation: Don Bosco Prep/ 2016
    Height: 6’1
    Weight: 265lbs
    Class: Junior
    Scouting Notes: Miles is a relentless run blocker who fits right in to the style that his Bosco team has become known for. He often finds success no matter who he lines up against by using great leverage and the right angles. He has spent a lot of time refining his pass pro and is currently the starting Right Guard for his Varsity Bosco squad.
